Iesha is passionate about serving and strengthening her community. As an educator with a unique gift for connecting with children, she empowers parents, educators, and caregivers with practical skills, knowledge, and confidence to help children thrive.

 

As a counselor specializing in trauma recovery, Iesha helps children, adults, and families understand the impact of life experiences, develop healthy coping strategies, and build resilience for everyday life.

Her work brings education and mental health together with one central belief:

When we equip the people who care for others, we strengthen children, families, and entire communities.

Through counseling, education, training, speaking, program development, and community outreach, Iesha strives to help people learn, heal, grow, and rise.

Danielle is an experienced helper with a heart for people!

With more than 20 years of experience caring for and supporting children and teens in school settings, Danielle brings a unique combination of educational experience, compassion, and counseling knowledge to her work.

 

She understands that every person is different, so she strives to provide counseling services that meet the individual needs of each client—meeting them where they are and helping them move toward where they want to be.

Danielle has a special passion for working with children and is continuing her professional journey toward becoming a Registered Play Therapist™ (RPT™). Through the power of play, connection, and developmentally appropriate interventions, she creates opportunities for children to express themselves in ways that feel natural and safe.

But Danielle's heart for helping doesn't stop with children! She welcomes clients across the lifespan and is committed to creating a caring, supportive space where people of all ages can feel heard, understood, and encouraged.

Denzel is especially dedicated to supporting marginalized communities, with a focus on working with men, neurodivergent individuals, and couples seeking to build stronger, healthier marriages.

Lauri passionate about helping every client feel genuinely seen, heard, valued, and understood. Her goal is to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients can show up authentically and begin making sense of what they’re experiencing.

Lauri specializes in working with children, teens, young adults, and seniors, guiding them through life’s transitions, challenges, and seasons of change. She has a particular passion for serving children and adolescents, helping them better understand their emotions, build confidence, develop healthy coping skills, and navigate the complexities of growing up.

Her approach is warm, collaborative, and centered on the individual needs of each client. Through active listening, genuine curiosity, and collaboration, Lauri works alongside her clients to build practical skills and help them feel more capable, grounded, and supported.

Lauri is also committed to continually learning and growing as a clinician. She believes that becoming a better therapist means remaining curious, expanding her knowledge, and seeking opportunities to strengthen her skills so she can be better equipped to serve each client.

For Lauri, therapy is more than a profession—it is an opportunity to make a meaningful difference. She believes real growth begins when people feel safe enough to be honest about where they are and supported enough to believe they can move forward.

Kylie Crowley 

Kylie is currently studying for her Master’s in Clinical Mental Health at Lamar University. As an supervised counseling professional, Kylie can provide therapy services under the supervision of Iesha Sylvester, LPC, CSC, RPT TM

After serving students and families for 20 years in education, Kylie is excited to continue her passion for adolescents, couples, and families as a licensed professional counselor. She earned her undergraduate degree from Central Michigan University. Kylie has been serving in the counseling world for the past several years as an advisor at her school and made the transition to mental health counseling to further grow her skills and availability to support families in a new way!

 

Kylie is particularly interested in supporting couples and families through life’s transitions while integrating Gottman I and II interventions.

Kylie strongly believes that every human is designed for great purpose and to experience great joy.
